Requirements and application process

  1. After you submit the inquiry you will receive an email or text from our team with a link to apply online (non-refundable application fee $25)
    • Proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
    • Criminal background check
      No more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
    • Valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
    • No minimum credit score required
  2. If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
  3. Move in as early as 1 day after booking

Benefits of living in our homes

  • Members only pay weekly, and it covers a private furnished room, all utilities, and free credit reporting
  • To be approved, you don’t need a minimum credit score, and no security deposit required
  • Month to Month, 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month options with easy extend stays (30 days advance notice)
